1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TranscendentAI Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
TranscendentAI Academy is an online AI training platform that provides courses, quizzes, certifications, and progress tracking for individuals and organizations. Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate corresponding to your selected plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per individual. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Platform for any illegal purpose; share login credentials with unauthorized users; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Platform; upload malicious content; or interfere with the Platform's operation.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, design, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of TranscendentAI Academy. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal or organizational training purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the content.
7. Certificates
Certificates issued by TranscendentAI Academy represent successful completion of specific courses on the Platform. They are verifiable through our certificate verification system. Certificates do not constitute professional licensure or accreditation.
8. Limitation of Liability
TranscendentAI Academy provides educational content for informational purposes. We are not liable for decisions made based on course content. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
