- To provide and maintain the Platform and your account.
- To track your learning progress and issue certificates.
- To process subscription payments.
- To send important account notifications (billing, security, service updates).
- To improve our courses and Platform features based on aggregate usage data.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe: For payment processing.
- Supabase: For database hosting and authentication.
- Your Organization: If you are part of an Enterprise plan, your administrators can view your course progress and completion status.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Your data is hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data through your profile page.
- Update or correct your information at any time.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Export your learning data (course completions, certificates).
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate data may be retained for analytics.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
